Privacy, Legal, and Accessibility Statement
Privacy, Legal, and Accessibility Statement
At United States Sports Performance Training (USSPT), we’re committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and transparent experience for all adult athletes and visitors. This statement outlines our policies on liability, media use, accessibility, and data privacy. By using our facility, website, or services, you agree to these terms.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in sports and physical activities at USSPT involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, fractures, or other physical harm. USSPT, its staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries sustained during training, clinics, lessons, or open play, whether due to personal actions, equipment use, or facility conditions. Athletes participate at their own risk and are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before engaging in our programs.
Photo and Video Consent
USSPT is a community-driven space where photos and videos may be taken by staff, members, or visitors for social media, marketing, or personal use. By entering our facility or participating in events, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant USSPT permission to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing at info@usspt.com.
Accessibility Statement
We strive to make USSPT welcoming to all adult athletes, but not all aspects of our facility and website (www.usspt.com) are fully suited for individuals with visual, hearing, or other impairments. Features like high-intensity training environments or digital content may not be fully accessible. We recommend that athletes with disabilities consult a doctor before participating and contact us at 866-698-7778 or info@usspt.com for assistance. If an accessibility issue arises, please reach out to us first—we’ll make reasonable efforts to address concerns before legal action is pursued.
Privacy Policy and Data Usage
USSPT values your privacy. We collect demographic and personal information (e.g., name, email, fitness goals) to enhance your experience and improve our services. This data may be shared with partners to better tailor collaborations or offerings, but we will not sell your contact information. Communications about partner interests will come directly from USSPT via opt-in channels like email, SMS, or facility posts—you can opt out anytime. For details on data collection, use, or to request removal, email info@usspt.com.
