A single training session with USSPT is equivalent to an entire season or multiple camps, clinics, and practices elsewhere. This is due to our meticulous breakdown of skills into focused and manageable chunks, ensuring comprehension and transformation into muscle memory.
Clinic Format:
Focuses on form breakdown and technique exploration. A primary to growing and developing the needed form to play the sport.
Warm-Up - Breakdown of Skill - Partnered Activity - Drills &/or Stations - Group Activity
Training Format:
Focuses on endurance and repetitions. More like a practice and is secondary to, and a buildup from, clinics.
